FIPADHD Cameroon Hosts Educative Talk on Domestic Violence Against Men Ahead of National Unity Day 2026.

As part of the preparations for the upcoming National Unity Day celebrations, FIPADHD Tanzania successfully organized an educational talk focused on violence against men in households and practical solutions for promoting peace, unity, and healthy family relationships.

The awareness activity took place on Monday, 11th May 2026, at the FIPADHD Headquarters in Bafoussam and brought together community members, youth leaders, parents, and stakeholders committed to building peaceful homes and stronger communities.

During the session, speakers highlighted the importance of recognizing all forms of domestic violence, including violence experienced by men within households. The discussion emphasized open communication, mutual respect, emotional support, conflict resolution, and community involvement as key pillars for restoring peace and unity in families.

Participants were encouraged to promote gender equality, understanding, and non-violent dialogue to strengthen family bonds and contribute to national harmony as Cameroon prepares to celebrate National Unity Day 2026.

FIPADHD reaffirmed its commitment to community education, social peace, mental well-being, and family empowerment through awareness campaigns and community engagement activities across different regions.
